Q1) How to Place my order?
Step 1: Search for your desired item through the search box or Categories.
Step 2: Select the desired Variation (Color/size etc) and quanity.
Step 3: Click on “Add to cart”.
If you want more products then continue shopping otherwise click on the cart icon on top right and then proceed to checkout.
Step 4: Enter your shipping details.
Step 5: You will receive a confirmation message and email to the given number and email address. Confirm your order by clicking on the link provided.
Note: Order can’t be cancelled after confirmation. For more information regarding this, check our cancellation policy.
Q2) What to do if I’m facing difficulties while ordering?
If you’re facing difficulties with your order, then please contact us via call and one of our representative will help you with it.
Q3) What Payment options do you offer?
We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) right now.
Q4) How much time will it take to deliver?
It will take about 1-3 working Days for your order to be shipped.
Q5) How to cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order before the confirmation message that you receive after placing your order. You can ignore the confirmation link if you want to cancel the order. NO cancellation request after order confirmation will be entertained.
Q6) Do you accept returns?
No we donot return items after they are shipped. However, for any damaged item, you can check our return policy.
Q7) How to know the status of my order?
You can call us or contact us through any of our social media account to know the status of your order.
Q8) What if I don’t receive a confirmation message?
Please contact us directly via call or mail if you didn’t receive any confirmation message.
Q9) What if the product I want is not available now?
You can put in a request through email or our social media accounts for products that are “out of stock”. We’ll try our best to restock that item for you. Please note, we do not CONFIRM that the particular item will be restocked.
We also welcome any suggestions of other products that you want us to stock. You may email us with our suggestions and we’ll try our best to bring it for you.
