CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can only cancel your order before the confirmation message that you receive after placing your order. You can ignore the confirmation link if you want to cancel the order. NO cancellation request after order confirmation will be entertained.
RETURN POLICY:
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority however we have some limitations on our return policy.
We have made every effort to include all available product information and display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any defaults before they are dispatched and delivered to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. The products that would be incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer shall not be accepted by us. Also note that the Items shipped from our shop are quality checked (we have strong supportive video evidences that can prove that).We reserve the right to challenge any false comments/claims against Paras on this issue.
By making a purchase from Paras, you agree that we are not responsible for any damage or harm caused by the receipt, possession, storage, use or misuse of the products it sells or the services it provides. You agree that Paras shall not be liable for any loss arising from the use of its services or the goods it sells. We will not be responsible directly for the damage caused while transporting or shipping the products and will not be responsible for any delays/damages caused by the courier services.
CONDITION FOR RETURN:
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- Change of mind is not applicable. The product will not be returned if its “no longer needed”.
- We have provided many layers of steps to ensure that you order the correct variation or quantity of product. The product will not be returned on any variation issue.
- The product must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging / box.
- The Product must include shipping label/bill in order to confirm that the product was ordered from Paras.
- The Return form must be filled out within 12 hours after the parcel is shipped.
Please note: No return request after this time shall be entertained.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS:
- Please ensure that the product follows our return conditions.
- Fill out CONTACT US FORM within 12 hours after receiving your order.
- You will be contacted by one of our representative to assist your return condition and if your request is eligible for return then the return shipment details will be sent to you.
- Pack the order carefully and ship the parcel to our given shop address.
Please note:
- We shall reject any return request if it not meets our return policy condition or if its returned without filling out the form.
- Change of mind is not applicable. The product will not be returned if its “no longer needed”.
- Taxes and shipping charges will be not refunded.
- The courier amount for returning the order must be beared by the customer.
- The customer shall bear the costs for sending the product(s) back. Please note that you must bear the direct cost of the return shipment.
- We will decide whether to send a refund or an exchange product depending on individual situation.
- Images for the reason of return shall be provided for us to confirm the case.
- For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).
- The time taken for full return process will depend on the situation. Although expected time is 3-4 working days.
